Carpet Protector and regular cleanings are generally enough to solve pet spots. However, more aggressive treatments may be required to remove the odor and sanitize the spot.Our process includes:

Clean the carpet fibers with an antimicrobial solution.

Inject the underlying pad with this same solution.

If need be, clean and sanitize the sub-floor and remove and replace contaminated pad.
